We recently needed promotional materials and we had already heard of a company called 4imprint. Based on the catalogue they had sent and on their website, we decided to order a particular item.

We placed the order through their site one evening and already the next day, someone contacted us via email to confirm the logo and writings to be placed on the object. A day or so after sending the information, we received a web link to a picture of the product with our art showing on it. We clicked the “I Love It” button confirming our order and were given a shipping and a delivery date.

We were curious and looked at the status of our order on the ship date, to see that the item had indeed been shipped, and to our great satisfaction, the item arrived on the commit date.

You see, Customer Service is not always about speaking to your client on the phone. In this case, we only exchanged a few emails (they were very courteous by the way). The nature of the Great Service provided to us lies in the fact that everything flowed well, and within the time frame that was given. We did not have to follow up or be worried. The work was done well, delivered on time, without any hassle... JANUARY 2010
“Seamless from Beginning to End” OCTOBER 2009 I have heard much negativity about McDonald’s and the quality of their food, and yet I am always tempted to go and have a cheeseburger or two, once in a while. Through the years I have had several friends who knew someone who worked there, and they often commented on how if you knew how they prepare the food, you would never want to eat it.

So here I was enjoying a cheeseburger at McD’s, watching a Patriot’s game on one of their screens (sorry if you are not a fan), when I saw something very interesting. Many employees were sitting, two tables over, eating... McDonald’s food. To some, this may seem normal, but I have often gone to restaurants and seen employees digging from another brand’s bag, so I found it refreshing that these people were enjoying their in-house meal.

This is a subtle yet important positive Customer Service experience. It has nothing to do with how they served me, but it shows that those who prepare the food, eat it, and therefore, I can be confident that my meal was well prepared... “Eating with Confidence” Back to Blog F M O rancesco essina nline
