After graduating McGill University, Francesco Messina started his career with one of Canada's most important textile-based Customs brokerage firms.  He instantly began impressing his managers and clients with his seemingly innate brand of Customer satisfaction.  Soon, he was asked to teach and manage others, leading him to create the company's standard for delivering Customer Service which is still being taught today.  

He blames his own demanding personality for being able to serve every client beyond their expectations.   Francesco currently works as a manager for one of the largest global distributor of electronic components in the world.
